Woody Victor

Woody was born in Rockland County, New York, and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts, by a Caribbean mother and a Southern stepfather, where he learned the importance of family and hard work. A graduate of Stoughton High School, Woody went on to pursue a degree in Science with a concentration in Motor Development and Adaptive Therapy, along with a minor in Psychology.

In 2016, Woody began his career with NorthEast Electric in the Purchasing Department, focusing on purchasing and inventory control. Within a year, his dedication and expertise earned him a promotion to Switchgear Project Manager, a role in which he became the department's go-to person, leveraging his wealth of experience.

While financial success is a motivator for many, Woody finds his true inspiration in acts of kindness. For the past decade, he has been a dedicated volunteer, working closely with twin brothers who have muscular dystrophy. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Woody serves on the board of the company’s inaugural African American Employee Resource Group, reflecting his commitment to fostering inclusivity and representation. He lives by the belief that 'great things are not done by impulse but by a series of small things brought together.'
