I understand that participation in this event or activity may involve risks, including physical injury, illness, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily choose to participate, or authorize the minor named above to participate, and agree to follow reasonable event safety instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release Breaking Through Roadblocks, its officers, employees, volunteers, and event partners from claims arising out of ordinary negligence connected with participation in the event. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
