T.A.R.G.E.T.S. Young Men’s Program

The T.A.R.G.E.T.S. Young Men’s Program is designed to develop discipline, leadership, and accountability in young men as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Through mentorship, real-life conversations, and structured development, participants are challenged to think differently, take ownership of their actions, and elevate their standards.

Focused on mindset, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility, the program equips young men with the tools needed to lead themselves, their families, and their communities.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I understand that participation may involve minimal risks, including emotional discussions or group activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Breaking Through Road Blocks organization and staff: Levar Carey, Joey Alves and Roberto Cadet are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or harm that may occur during participation in this mentoring program.

I release and discharge Breaking Through Road Blocks, Joey Alves and Roberto Cadet, along with any volunteers or partners, from any claims arising from program involvement.
