Dominique Ellis

Dominique Ellis is a proud Brockton native dedicated to empowering young people through mentorship, leadership development, and mental health advocacy. In her current role working with high school youth, she supports students in building confidence, accessing opportunities, and navigating life beyond the classroom.

She previously co-founded Inspiring Souls, a teen mentoring initiative created to ensure young people, especially those who may have felt overlooked had access to guidance, resources, and a safe space to grow.

Alongside her work in youth development, Dominique is an entrepreneur passionate about creating purpose-driven spaces that blend community, creativity, and impact.
